WHAT THIS BLOG HOPES TO BE

Thank you for visiting. The goal of this site is to provide you with about 8 stories per day that I have found to be some of the best, published from various newspapers or other sites for the day. I have been going through 30 to 40 per day to hopefully entertain and inform you. Some of the sites may be older, but I will include them if it is a discovery I find special. Above and beyond this, I want to make this a community where you share your information and your blog with others. Please feel free to list your site in the comment section so others can drop on by. I will gladly list your site in the blogs I follow so that anytime a member comes by they can see what you are up to.
I started a sports history blog on April 20 and today as I write this, if you go to google and type in “sports history June 3 you will get 416 million hits and my blog is #5 on the first page – http://sportshistory365.blogspot.com/ . My goal is the same for this and the title of the blog should pop out. It is all a matter of drawing traffic and communicating to and from one another. I hope in effect to create a community of active pet lovers (a directory) if you will.
You will see at the top of the blog there is a charity that donates a nice portion of sales to the Animal Rescue Site. I am affiliated with the other ones you see and I will donate 10% of whatever I receive from them to the charity (usually 6-10% for listing them) and I will keep you informed. If you like to eat (just being silly) I have a daily recipe blog that has recipes from well known restaurants and access to cookbooks carrying them - http://www.recipefinds.blogspot.com/
If you have young children or grandchildren, I just started a daily study guide directed at home school mothers, but can be used by anyone and is very child friendly and easy -  http://www.dailyhistory365.blogspot.com/ Please visit if you choose.
If you read only one article, please read the last one under “Pet Stories for Memorial Day”. It is just the best dedication for man and dog there is in my opinion.
P.S. If you leave a comment (which I hope you will), please leave it in the post below this, as I will be moving this to the top of the page daily and cannot keep the comments when I delete and re-post.
                                                           Thank You

  1. Hi Mike
Thanks for visiting my little corner of Blogville today. I have a lot of fun imposing a personality on my lovable pet Noodles. She is quite a character on her own, though. I'll be stopping by from time to time to read what you post. I am all about being informed.
    Love Noodles' Mommy #2
